Admissions Process
The Encounter Worship Center Christian Academy is a non-profit private school. Our educational program is funded primarily through private funding sources, donations, and sponsors. The majority of our students qualify for tax credit scholarships for low income families (go to www.stepupforstudents.org to apply), McKay or Gardiner funding for students who have IEP's; 504 plans and qualifying disabilities (www.floridaschoolchoice.org/intent/mckayintent/studentintent.aspx).
All learners and families are accommodated, and EWCCA does provide sliding scale tuition plans for qualified families. Those who qualify for EWCCA Tuition program must be willing to set up automated monthly payments via ACH debit from checking/savings account and also sign a yearly tuition contract.
Enrollment is open twice per year, from April thru August for Fall enrollees and October thru January for winter enrollees. There are exceptions in certain cases. Please call our school Education Director Brittany Hinton if more information is needed at (407) 394-4855.
